Excellent! Here’s what you can expect when you apply.
Step 1: Apply
We’re eager to know more about you.
Step 2: Application review
If selected, we’ll set up a conversation with our talent acquisition team so we can get to know one another. We’ll discuss the role, salary expectations and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions about the role, Kognitiv and our culture.
Step 3: Interview
If we agree that the role might be a fit, we’ll then set up an interview with the hiring manager, relevant functional leads and peers.
Step 4: Showcase your skills
Depending on the role, we may ask you to showcase your skills through a case study or complete a brief assignment.
Step 5: We’ll be in touch
Once the hiring team makes a final decision, we’ll contact you to let you know if you’re the chosen candidate for the role to share the good news. If you’re not selected, we’ll provide feedback on why you weren’t chosen so you have a sense of what the circumstances were and some direction on how you may be able to build on your interviewing skills in the future.
Step 6: Before you start
The last steps are sending you your letter of offer, completing your background check, and a few more administrative tasks before your first day in your new role.
