Interactive 3D GCSE Maths at Archbishop Sentamu Academy.
Archbishop Sentamu Academy contracted Kognitiv to create and produce a series of interactive 3D leaning modules to support their GCSE Mathematics curriculum teaching. The objective of this innovative approach to learning is to improve the young learners exam pass rates and increase their understanding of the more difficult mathematical learning concepts.
The young people are now far more engaged in class and their attention has increased. Many of the young students actually want to learn and enjoy participating in these exciting new classes.
Archbishop Sentamu Academy is a new kind of school for a new age, sponsored by the Church of England Diocese of York and dedicated to providing a 21st century learning environment that expands choices and opportunities for its students.
At the Archbishop Sentamu Academy they offer students an extensive range of educational opportunities, including specialisms in Health Science, Business and Enterprise. Learning is further extended by partnerships with other education providers, such as Hull City Council, Hull Primary Care Trust, Hull University, York St John University and Hull College.
