Kognitiv present their "Green" Credentials in Budapest.

Kognitiv were invited by the British Embassy in Budapest to give a keynote presentation at the "Build Green with Great Britain" conference that has since resulted in several visualisation initiatives in and around Budapest already this year.

Over fifty key business delegates attended a seminar, focusing on green building issues in Hungary together with a variety of solutions from the United Kingdom, organised by the British Embassy Budapest.

As HM Ambassador Greg Dory stated at the conference, "At a landmark summit in December 2008, EU leaders reached agreement on an energy and climate change "package" to deliver the bloc's ambitious objectives of slashing greenhouse gas emissions by 20%, increase the share of renewables by 20%, and improve energy efficiency by 20%, thus reducing the EU's dependency on imported fuels and setting the pace of a new industrial revolution. Central to the agreement was the recognition that energy and climate policies should go hand in hand and that immediate action was needed by the EU to show leadership in tackling the greatest ever challenge in human history, global warming."

Kognitiv is well placed to help organisations achieve this ambitious goal - using their advanced visualisation and communication solutioons to reduce the time travelling, improve communication and increase overall efficiency.

The main focus for the Kognitiv team in Hungary is working in partnership with the four main industry sectors - automotive, aviation, medical and construction - together with vocational training for these sectors.
